- Assist with obtaining materials and performing various facility tasks
- Operate maintenance software for work record keeping
- Proficiency in various maintenance tasks
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills
- Experience with computer maintenance management systems
- Ability to assess issues and seek support effectively
- Availability for a temporary contract until August 2027
