Emterra Group seeks an energetic Class 3 Driver/Recycling Collector to contribute to waste diversion. This physically demanding position involves manual collection, loading, and transporting recycling materials. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a passion for the environment to help maintain a clean and safe community. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Class 3 vehicles with air brakes
- Complete daily collection routes on schedule
- Collect residential recycling by hand
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Deliver recycling to processing facilities
- Class 3 license with air brake endorsement
- Clean driver’s abstract from the last 5 days
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Effective communication skills in English
