Your primary duties include scheduling appointments, managing confirmations, and guiding patients with their inquiries. If you're friendly and speak Korean, Cantonese, or Mandarin, you will enhance our service offering and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide a warm greeting to patients
• Schedule and verify patient appointments
• Assist patients with essential information
• Collect payments and process insurance claims
• Manage charts and maintain patient records accurately

Requirements:
• Proven experience in dental reception is required
• Familiarity with Dentrix is preferred
• Exceptional communication skills are a must
• Outgoing and friendly personality needed
