- Respond to leasing inquiries promptly across multiple channels
- Build rapport with prospective residents and assess their needs
- Conduct engaging tours showcasing CLV’s properties
- Guide residents through the leasing process from start to finish
- Maintain accurate CRM and collaborate with internal teams
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor data
- Trustworthy, professional, and accountable
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
