Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all construction phases on site Coordinate subtrades, site staff, and construction activities Enforce health and safety policies and OHSA regulations Manage site logistics, materials, and scheduling Monitor progress, quality control, and site documentation
Requirements:
Five or more years in construction management Track record delivering projects from excavation through occupancy Knowledge of concrete forming and structural systems Familiarity with Alberta Building Codes and inspections Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar platforms Apply construction leadership, technical knowledge, and schedule discipline to deliver a high-rise residential project from excavation through occupancy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
