This position is ideal for anyone with a passion for technical writing and user education. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain user-friendly documentation and guides
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers
- Research features and translate complex specs into clear content
- Write and test FAQs and best practices for users
- Produce engaging videos highlighting product updates
- Enrolled in or a recent graduate of relevant fields
- Strong writing and editing skills focused on user clarity
- Must be self-motivated and organized in approach
- Familiarity with authoring tools and content management systems
- Some knowledge of technical communication or video editing
