Warehouse Worker supports daily warehouse operations and customer service activities. This role involves handling product movement, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and assisting customers and internal teams. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset are essential. Verify accurate recording of incoming and outgoing products. Maintain proper stock rotation in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Support stock counts and respond to customer inquiries during pickups. Perform general warehouse duties, including serving customers, loading feed, receiving orders, and operating a forklift. Keep the yard and warehouse clean, safe, and organized. Work with team members to support an efficient, well-organized warehouse environment. Maintain a strong focus on product quality and accuracy. Willing to use required personal protective equipment, such as a hard hat and safety boots. Regular, full-time, shift-work rotation (e.g. Agricultural industry experience is considered an asset. Forklift experience is an asset. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Committed to providing high-quality customer service.
