Key Responsibilities
Lead recruitment, performance management, resource planning, and staff development Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives Forecast budgets, allocate resources, and oversee profitability Coordinate multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, and delivery Prepare proposals, mentor staff, and support client relationships
Requirements:
Professional Engineer registration with APEGA 12+ years of transportation infrastructure engineering experience Road and highway design and delivery experience 5+ years of transportation leadership experience Proficiency in TAC, Alberta guides, CAD, and Civil 3D Bring transportation leadership, financial oversight, and project delivery experience to AtkinsRéalis road and highway programs across Alberta. #J-18808-Ljbffr
