This full-time Parts Person assists customers with required parts, pricing, and online orders. The position supports warehouse operations, branch service technicians, customer shipments, inventory accuracy, and stock ordering. Parts industry experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers locating required heavy equipment parts
- Provide pricing and complete online parts orders
- Receive, unload, store, and ship parts
- Support branch service technicians as required
- Document shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock information
Requirements:
- Parts or warehousing knowledge and skills
- Excellent phone and in-person customer service
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to meet physical trade demands
- Previous parts industry experience preferred
