Develop dealership leadership skills through automotive finance, inventory management, and employee recruitment training in The 401 Group’s Stratford, Ontario program. Hyundai provides the setting for your growth.
The Management Training Program develops Non-Prime Finance Managers for future General Manager responsibilities. At the Hyundai location on 640 Lorne Ave E, you will receive hands-on experience across dealership operations. Training includes client acquisition, vehicle selection, financing, payroll, compliance, lender relations, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commission, bonuses, and employee salaries
- Recruit, manage, and lead a dealership team
- Ensure financial and legal requirements are met
- Maintain strong working relationships with lenders
- Ensure adherence to the Employment Standards Act
Requirements:
- Drive to learn how to run a dealership
- Interest in future General Manager development
- Willingness to learn key dealership operations areas
- Ability to develop finance management knowledge
- Readiness for hands-on training and mentorship
