Tenco is hiring a Welder in Calgary to enhance road maintenance equipment fabrication. Your expert welding and fabrication skills will drive success in this rewarding full-time role. Join Tenco, a key player in snow removal solutions, where you'll leverage your 3-5 years of experience in welding. Under the foreman’s supervision, you'll assemble and install snow and ice-related equipment on trucks, ensuring compliance with technical specifications. Your ability to effectively use flux core welding techniques will be vital for the projects you undertake. Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install custom equipment for trucks
- Interpret drawings and fabrication instructions
- Ensure structural integrity with precise welding
- Use power tools such as mag drills proficiently
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain workspace
- 3-5 years of relevant welding experience
- Expertise in flux core welding
- Own essential welding tools and toolbox
- Transportation to shop required
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs consistently
