Production Worker

Job Description
Join our team as a Production Worker where you will safely and productively operate various equipment and hand tools to assemble wall panels, floor panels, and roof trusses. Your role will involve reading and interpreting plans and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly. You will be responsible for the assembly of floors, roof trusses, and walls for the home construction industry, using tools such as hammers, nail guns, and more. Performing visual quality checks will also be a part of your daily duties. Read and interpret plans and blueprints for accurate assembly. Set wood using lasers beamed down to indicate placement on truss/floor tables. Apply nail plates and use hammers, hands, nail guns to set up wood. Conduct visual quality checks to ensure assembly accuracy. Essential Skills Experience with construction, roofing, or home renovations. Experience in construction, framing, or building components. Additional Skills & Qualifications Roof truss assembly experience. Sawmill experience. Nail gun experience. Work hours are Monday through Thursday from 7 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 7 AM to 2:30 PM
