Larlyn Property Management is hiring a Licensed Property Manager to oversee the Golden Horseshoe and Waterloo Region. This role combines operational management with team leadership to enhance property performance. Ideal candidates will hold a CMRAO license and possess 3-5 years of management experience. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with regulations. Building strong relationships with tenants and vendors will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of residential and commercial properties
- Supervise site staff and oversee maintenance tasks
- Build positive tenant and client relationships
- Monitor budgets and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Must have a CMRAO License
- 3-5 years of relevant property management experience
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management
- Proficiency with property management software
