We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative at our Milwaukee Tool Factory Service Centre. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering best in class service to all our customers both internally and externally. Deliver best-in-class service to our customers Perform counter procedures including answering phones, placing orders, logging in tools, completing inventory counts, and assisting walk-in customer traffic Maintain monetary transactions, record maintenance, and assist with inventories as required. Conduct warranty assessments and instant tool replacements Showroom merchandising and stock replenishment Strong computer skills Experience with electric tools is a strong asset High school diploma Competitive base salary
- $45,000
