This position is based in Yellowknife or involves travel to nearby communities. You will be responsible for leading project teams, developing budgets, and maintaining high standards of project documentation while mentoring your peers. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver complex design projects from start to finish
- Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication with clients
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and overall plans
- Mentor junior architects and foster a collaborative environment
- Conduct site assessments and prepare comprehensive reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with 5+ years of experience
- Registered or eligible for registration in Canada
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
- In-depth knowledge of northern construction methods and sustainability
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
