Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service during the evening hours. About the Role This is a key position that requires strong math skills, excellent telephone etiquette, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities Maintain accurate daily balancing and postings for all departments. Perform POS balancing and finalize departmental balances. Manage room and restaurant reservations during night hours. Provide personalized guest services and respond to guest needs as required. Carry out additional duties of a Guest Services Representative during the night shift. Assist at the Reception desk as needed. Handle cash preparations for employees. Implement emergency procedures when necessary. Requirements Excellent math skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and make sound decisions. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and general accounting principles. Possess a positive and professional attitude.
