Support Lush Retail finance in a hybrid Toronto or Vancouver role using forecasting, financial analysis, and Microsoft Excel.
As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will partner with Retail teams within FP&A. You will support decision-making, planning, and results through accurate, actionable information. The role focuses on reporting, metrics, modeling, and communication with stakeholders across business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Retail teams on timely financial support
- Analyze month-end variances and operational performance
- Support forecasting and annual budgeting workflows
- Develop forecasting models, tools, and dashboards
- Translate data into actionable trends and impacts
Requirements:
- One to two years of progressive FP&A experience
- Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills
- Financial statement, modeling, and problem-solving knowledge
- High proficiency and experience with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work calmly under deadline pressure
