As a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, you will guide customers toward suitable contacts, accounts, investment advice, and banking solutions. You will build relationships, resolve problems, and support branch operations. The role requires customer experience skills, sound judgment, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
- Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts
- Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
- Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
- Complete business processes and accurate documentation
Requirements:
- High School diploma or one year relevant experience
- Complete Investment Funds Canada certification within 90 days
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
- Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
- Strong organization, communication, and time management skills
