NordSpace is on the lookout for a Junior Electromechanical Test Engineer, ideal for early-career engineers wanting to join a fast-paced aerospace startup. This role involves hands-on support in designing and commissioning major test facilities for our ambitious rocket projects. You will grow your testing expertise while collaborating closely with a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support design and commissioning of test infrastructure
- Create testing standards, procedures, and plans
- Collaborate with design teams for conducting tests
- Develop CAD models and maintain technical documents
- Coordinate hardware sourcing and fabrication processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field
- 2-3 years of hands-on engineering experience
- Strong background in test environments
- Knowledge of Data Acquisition systems
- Willingness to travel and work outdoors
