As a Fitness Advisor, you will recruit prospective members and understand their specific health and fitness goals. You will recommend suitable GoodLife services, build relationships, and guide new members toward success. Sales experience and resilience are important for this work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a pipeline of potential members using available tools
- Tour prospective members around the club
- Educate prospects about GoodLife health and fitness support
- Create plans for new member success
- Follow up consistently to maintain member relationships
Requirements:
- Experience in sales
- Self-motivation and resilience within a sales environment
- Ability to connect with diverse people
- Passion for helping others and personal health
- Excellent time management skills
Use sales, rapport-building, and fitness knowledge to help GoodLife members pursue their personal health goals in Markham.
