Become an integral part of the security team as an Overnight Mobile Security Officer with Paladin Security in Greater Victoria, BC. This role focuses on vehicle patrols, access control, and maintaining security presence during overnight shifts. Paladin Security is seeking dedicated candidates for full-time and part-time positions. Successful applicants will monitor various sites, conduct patrols, and respond to incidents while working independently in diverse environments. If you have previous mobile patrol experience and strong communication skills, this opportunity could be perfect for you. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled mobile patrols throughout sites and access roads
- Monitor gates, fencing, and restricted areas vigilantly
- Identify and report suspicious activity and safety hazards
- Complete digital logs and incident reports accurately
- Respond to emergencies and maintain communication with management
- Valid BC Security Worker License and Class 5 Driver's License
- Previous mobile patrol experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- OFA Level 1 / First Aid certification is an asset
