Drive fitness sales with Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness & She’s Fit as a Sales Representative. Collaborate with a dedicated team while providing outstanding member support and promoting fitness value. In this Sales Representative role, you will engage with prospective members and promote personal training and memberships. Your focus will be on generating leads, booking appointments, and following our proven sales process. This position requires strong interpersonal skills to nurture relationships and ensure a positive customer experience for everyone entering the club. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and efficiently book member appointments
- Make daily outbound calls to potential clients
- Follow the established Club16 sales process
- Achieve daily and monthly membership production goals
- Assist new members in successfully starting their fitness journeys
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Own transportation to work locations
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Strong understanding of fitness benefits
- Previous sales experience preferred
