Become a vital part of Ferguson Enterprises as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Operator. Work from 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM, earning $23.50/hr plus performance bonuses that can add up to $5.50 extra. Ferguson is seeking Distribution Center Warehouse Associates to bring efficiency to its 2nd shift team. This role requires a high school diploma, 1-3 years of warehouse and equipment operation experience, and a strong work ethic. You'll need to excel in a dynamic environment, performing general warehouse tasks and ensuring safety and accuracy in all operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate PIT equipment safely and efficiently
- Sort, label, and store products accurately
- Assemble containers and maintain supply organization
- Engage in effective communication with team members
- Uphold inventory integrity and product safety
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of warehouse operations experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work extra hours
- Strong attention to detail
