Key Responsibilities
Oversee Produce, Meat, Dairy, Deli, Bakery, and grocery departments Lead department managers and a team exceeding 100 employees Drive sales growth, gross margin, and store profitability Monitor shrink, waste control, and inventory turnover Ensure food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
Five-plus years of senior management experience in high-volume grocery Large-format grocery operations experience preferred Strong fresh department and food safety understanding Leadership, team development, and communication experience Financial, budgeting, inventory, and POS software skills Apply grocery leadership, financial oversight, and operational expertise while managing Food World Plus store performance and service standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
