Key Responsibilities
• Own the technical design of cross-functional application systems
• Mentor associates on code standards and software practices
• Establish high quality coding and review processes
• Identify gaps in frameworks for improved developer experience
• Contribute to high-level decisions in architecture processes
Requirements:
• 6+ years in JavaScript, Java, or Python
• Proven experience in both application and architecture design
• Ability to mentor team members technically
• Experience with agile development practices
