Key Responsibilities
• Design scalable data ingestion pipelines and medallion architecture
• Lead hands-on development for streaming and batch data processing
• Ensure all datasets are registered and discoverable
• Mentor team members in technical best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into technical specifications

Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in scalable data platform development
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role
• Strong knowledge of AWS and data governance
