Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise nursing staff in patient care
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Address client issues and service concerns effectively
- Facilitate training and development for staff
- Collaborate on administrative tasks and proposals
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse registration from BCCNP
- Three years of relevant clinical experience and supervisory experience
- Valid BC Driver's License for necessary travel
- Understanding of community resources and regulations
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
