Take the lead in pre-construction and bid development as a Senior Estimator in a General Contractor environment. We are focused on delivering accurate and competitive estimates on commercial and institutional construction projects. We are seeking a Senior Estimator with 5–10+ years of Canadian construction estimating experience for our office-based full-time role. Ideal candidates have experience with General Contractors, full-cycle estimating, and tools like Bluebeam and BuildConnect. Strong analytical, mathematical skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in delivering high-quality estimates. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle bid preparation and subcontractor coordination
- Prepare and submit accurate estimates across multiple projects
- Manage tendering and documentation through Bluebeam and BuildConnect
- Analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing databases
- Conduct post-bid reviews to enhance processes
- 5–10+ years as an estimator for a Canadian General Contractor
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and BuildConnect software
- Strong ability to interpret drawings and specifications
- Excellent English communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with analytical capabilities
