Mill Operators - McIlvenna Bay Project - 14/14 - Camp - $47.60/hr - Hanson Lake, SK
Mill Operators are sought by Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan for their McIlvenna Bay Project in Hanson Lake, Saskatchewan. This full-time, camp-based role operates on a 14/14 rotation and focuses on paste plant operations for underground mining. The ideal candidate will have experience in mineral processing and a commitment to safety and quality in a remote work environment.

What You'll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent; mineral processing training is an asset
- At least three years of Mill Operator experience in a processing plant, preferably in mining or mineral processing
- At least 12 months of Paste Plant Operator experience
- Understanding of tailings materials and their properties
- Familiarity with paste plant equipment, including mixers, pumps, and control systems
- Ability to interpret paste production documents, formulas, and specifications
- Attention to detail and commitment to paste quality
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Physical ability to stand, lift, and work in varying weather conditions
- Knowledge of mining safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Must be legally able to work in Canada
- Pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing, required
