Key Responsibilities:

- Establish meaningful client relationships
- Provide top-notch customer service in retail
- Work alongside clinical and retail teams
- 1+ years experience in optical or 2+ years in retail
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Clear and effective communication abilities
- Self-motivated and friendly demeanor
- Aspire to grow beyond customer relations roles
