- Identify client and staff learning needs in collaboration with managers
- Develop and implement educational sessions for nursing staff
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge in clinical education portfolio
- Support staff and provide feedback on clinical practices
- Evaluate staff knowledge and clinical progress
- Strong background in nursing or clinical education
- Experience in developing training programs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of best practice research in nursing
- Ability to mentor and guide new clinical staff
