As Digital Technology Enterprise Delivery Lead, you will coordinate complex delivery across products, services, teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. The role partners with senior leaders, manages demand and dependencies, and supports technology readiness for business events, transformations, and strategic transitions. Experience with enterprise delivery, service performance, and matrix leadership is central.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Digital Technology delivery across assigned Canadian marketsCoordinate Product, Service, Infrastructure, Workplace, Security, and Digital Business teamsManage dependencies, delivery risks, escalations, and technology readinessGovern portfolio demand, commitments, capacity, and investment prioritizationReport portfolio health, service performance, risks, milestones, and outcomesRequirements:
BS in technology, Computer Science, Business, or related disciplineSix-plus years in enterprise technology delivery or related disciplinesExperience orchestrating complex initiatives across multiple teams and vendorsAbility to influence senior stakeholders without direct authorityWorking knowledge of Agile, program, project, and service managementLead Sanofi’s Canadian enterprise delivery agenda through technology orchestration, portfolio governance, executive communication, and cross-functional influence.
