Join SEGULA Technologies Canada as a Bilingual Buyer and enhance procurement efficiency This role emphasizes data entry and supplier engagement within a collaborative team environment. We are seeking a Buyer to contribute to our Quebec and Ontario teams for a contract lasting up to six months. Your primary tasks will revolve around managing ERP data, monitoring purchase orders, and maintaining supplier communications to ensure smooth operations. The role is vital for supporting various projects across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry in EPICOR (ERP) and related systems
- Follow up with suppliers on purchase orders and delivery dates
- Communicate regularly to gather necessary order information
- Maintain accurate updates in relevant systems
- Prepare purchasing tracking reports and spreadsheets
- Proficiency in English and French is essential
- Experience in procurement or supply chain processes
- Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly EPICOR
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
