Take the lead in customer sales at Pandora in Rockland Centre. This part-time Sales Lead role combines product passion with strategic selling for a memorable retail experience. As a Sales Lead, you will champion the Pandora brand by creating exceptional shopping moments for our customers. Your role will bridge the gap between management and sales results while promoting a culture that values each interaction. Use your skills to connect deeply with customers and inspire your team toward shared goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong customer relationships and loyalty
- Inspire and guide the sales team toward success
- Exceed personal and store sales objectives
- Develop and share product knowledge
- Coach team members through hands-on feedback
- At least 2 years of sales experience in retail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to engage diverse customer base
- Familiar with retail systems and Microsoft Office
- Open to flexible working hours including weekends
