We're hiring a Canadian Immigration Sales Lawyer to consult with qualified leads, guide them through the immigration process, and confidently close new engagements. This is a fully remote, consultative sales role designed for a lawyer who knows immigration inside out and thrives in conversations that turn insight into action. What You'll Do Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients to assess their immigration needs and eligibility. Clearly explain immigration options and build confidence in our client's expertise and service model. Convert qualified leads into full-service clients through persuasive, solutions-oriented conversations. Manage inbound leads generated through marketing and build additional opportunities through proactive outreach. Maintain accurate records in the firm's CRM and collaborate with legal and client care teams to ensure a smooth client handoff. Consistently meet or exceed your consultation and closing goals (40%+ close rate target). Contribute to process improvements that enhance the client journey and firm growth. Who You Are A licensed Canadian immigration lawyer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience (solo, boutique, or small firm background ideal). Confident in your consultative and closing skills—you know how to turn insight into action. A persuasive communicator with executive presence and empathy for clients making major life transitions. Driven by measurable performance goals and motivated by results, not just billable hours. Tech-savvy and comfortable managing virtual consultations, CRM updates, and digital client communication. Independent, disciplined, and eager to apply your legal expertise in a more entrepreneurial role.
