Role: Test Engineer - French Bilingual Experience Level: 3+ years Employment type: Full Time Location: Remote (Canada) Responsibilities: Provides advice on the testing, create and define test plans, the selection of testing tools, and the identification of resources required for testing Approach use cases and problems with a customer centric mind-set Document flows for current/proposed processes, workflows, and data flows Analyze, document and validate business requirements from business users and function specification requirements using interviews, document analysis, task and workflow analysis Proactively conduct ongoing testing and data mining to find business opportunities, improve customer experience and reduce agent effort. Communicates with Product Owners, Business Systems Leads and end users Identify and escalate issues early Provide thought leadership and use your customer first experience to predict and prevent project issues Ad-hoc data analysis for the team.
