Lead meaningful early childhood education as a Child Care Program Supervisor at Children's Village in Ottawa. As a Program Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of a licensed childcare center, focusing on play-based learning aligned with Ontario's frameworks. Your leadership will foster a collaborative culture, ensuring comprehensive programming and adherence to safety and licensing regulations. Utilize your experience to train and develop staff while maintaining a nurturing space for children. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and evaluate inclusive, play-based learning programs
- Guide educators in emergent curriculum development
- Ensure compliance with licensing and health regulations
- Supervise, coach, and mentor staff and volunteers
- Manage daily operations including staffing and enrollment
- Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators
- Early Childhood Education Diploma or Degree
- 7-10 years' experience in childcare settings
- Experience with Ontario’s early years frameworks
- Strong leadership and communication skills
