Lead personalized styling and selling at Veronica Beard as a commission-eligible Sales Supervisor, building client relationships on the sales floor. Mentor associates while supporting store performance and service.
This hourly keyholder leads the sales floor and delivers Veronica Beard’s high-touch client experience. The position emphasizes styling, clienteling, sales goals, fashion trends, and team coaching. You will also support store leadership through opening, closing, and Manager-on-Duty responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized styling and service reflecting Veronica Beard standards
- Build client relationships through outreach, follow-up, and events
- Communicate priorities and organize daily floor coverage
- Mentor Sales Associates through coaching and team selling
- Support visual updates and maintain client-ready store standards
Requirements:
- At least one year of retail sales experience
- Previous keyholder or retail leadership experience preferred
- Luxury or contemporary fashion experience preferred
- Strong styling, clienteling, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and opening shifts
