Then join us as a Senior Personal Banker– Investing Trainee and demonstrate your subject matter expertise in providing sound financial planning advice to promote customer loyalty and investment returns.
In this role, you will:Create a consistent and exceptional customer experience in the branch, with specialty and predominant focus in investment advice and experiencesRequires deep knowledge and expertise of investment products; with in-depth knowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending, day-to-day banking, and all other TD products and servicesAsk thoughtful questions to uncover and understand Customer needs, owning solutions that align to mandate and bringing in an expert for needs outside of capabilityImprove customer financial confidence through ongoing dialogue and by answering questions and providing adviceAct as a subject matter expert in the branch for both customers and colleagues regarding all products, services, policies, and procedures of TD – especially regarding both personal banking and business banking products/services or policies/procedures owned within the BranchMaintain a professional and inviting space in all common areas of the branch, adhering to premises, marketing, and/or regulatory guidelines, paying attention to the office spaces in which the Senior Personal Banker – Investing occupiesConsistently engage in proactive customer outreach (via phone, email, etc.) to discuss portfolio updates and/or additional opportunities which best service the customer's needs; responsible for being present in the community for additional customer outreachMaintain comprehensive knowledge of the local market, competitive offers, and economic trends to support advice recommendationsEnsure documentation that is prepared and completed is accurate, properly reflects the customer/business' intentions, and retained in accordance with business policies and proceduresParticipate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interestContribute to the achievement of business objectives by proactively attracting, acquiring and retaining customers / advice opportunities and referrals, to drive growth for TD; this role is particularly responsible for achieving market share growth by bringing new business to TDJob

Requirements:
High School diploma and/orPost-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in a related field) preferred2+ years of relevant experienceInvestment Funds in Canada (IFC) accreditation or equivalent required prior to start dateCertificate in Financial Services Advice (CFSA) within 90 days of hire of start dateTrainee MobilityThis opportunity includes a mobility clause that requires a candidate to be mobile within the Assigned District. Upon completion of the training program, we intend to assign you to a position which will be compatible with your training. The timing of this posting will be determined by your progress in the training program and our ability to identify an appropriate opportunity. This may involve a transfer and geographic relocation to another TD location within your assigned region. It
