Respond promptly to customer questions and concerns received by phone or email.
Efficiently process quotations to be developed and orders to be processed.
Offer technical assistance to help with product selection (excluding systems and engineering projects).
Offer customers the use of stock items.
Work in conjunction with outside sales representatives to develop and support company marketing programs.
Degree or Certification in a technical/mechanical field or a combination of experience and education.
~ 3+ years experience in technical inside sales.
~ Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
~ Experience with a corporate ERP system would be considered an asset.
