Join CHC as a Structures AME in Petawawa, Ontario, where expertise in aircraft maintenance meets exciting challenges. If you have strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience, this role is for you. In this critical role as a Structures AME (S or ACA rated) Engineer, you'll work with the Heli-One Canada team, focusing on the repair and modification of aircraft components. Ideal candidates will have a Type rating on B412 or military AVN training on CH-146 and at least three years of structures experience on helicopters. Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and modify aircraft components efficiently
- Position and align subassemblies in jigs or fixtures
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Valid Transport Canada AME “S” Type license or military equivalent
- Current Type rating on B412 or CH-146 experience
- Minimum of 3 years of helicopter structures experience
- Ability to obtain security clearance for military base
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
