Polaron Energy Corp.
North York, ON | Hybrid | 4 Days in Office, 1 Day WFH
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:30 AM–5:30 PM
At Polaron Energy Corp., we’re on a mission to accelerate Canada’s transition to clean, renewable energy. We design and deliver solar energy solutions that power homes, businesses, and communities, and we’re growing fast. If you want to build a meaningful career at the intersection of sustainability and innovation, this is your opportunity.
We’re looking for a motivated, organized Project Coordinator to help keep our solar projects running smoothly from start to finish. Working closely with our Project Management Team, you’ll serve as a key liaison between our internal departments (operations, sales, and customer-facing teams) and the many third-party contractors who help bring our projects to life.
If you’re excited by the energy of a growing company and want your contributions to make a visible difference, we’d love to hear from you.
Supporting the Project Management Team with day-to-day oversight of active solar installation projects
Acting as the main point of contact between third-party contractors and internal departments, keeping everyone aligned on scope, schedules, and expectations
Coordinating with customers at every stage of their solar journey, from initial assessment through to project completion
Implementing detailed project plans and recommending practical technical options to keep projects moving forward
Contributing to construction coordination, including planning, risk identification, and troubleshooting field-level technical issues
Reviewing proposals, site assessment reports, and technical drawings to evaluate project scope and estimate requirements
Managing incoming emails and calls from operations, sales, contractors, and customers with professionalism and efficiency
Building strong working relationships across departments and with external partners to keep projects on track
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, construction, energy, or a related field
~ A self-starter who takes initiative and responsibility, and can manage their workload with minimal supervision
~ Comfort reading technical documents, drawings, or specifications (or a strong willingness to learn)
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools is an asset
~ Ability to speak Mandarin
Mandarin is an asset, not a requirement. We celebrate diversity and are dedicated to building a team that reflects the communities we serve.
Accommodations are available on request for candidates taking part in any part of the selection process.
