Your Role
We’re looking for a Prep Cook who loves creating delicious dishes and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll play a key role in preparing high-quality meals that keep our guests coming back. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about food, we’d love to have you on board

What You’ll Do
- Prepare ingredients for service including washing, chopping, slicing, portioning, and measuring according to recipes and kitchen standards.
- Follow prep lists and direction from kitchen leadership to ensure all stations are stocked and ready for service.
- Maintain proper food storage, labeling, and rotation to support food safety and minimize waste.
- Keep your prep area clean, organized, and sanitized throughout your shift.
- Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries, ensuring products are stored correctly.
- Support the line team during service with additional prep or basic tasks as needed.
- Complete opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment and workspaces.
What You Bring
- Previous kitchen experience or food prep experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to work well with a team and support others.
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment and staying organized under pressure.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen.
