Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose advanced infrastructure issues for rapid resolution
• Guide major incident response alongside IT stakeholders
• Mentor and create documentation for Tier 1 and 2 analysts
• Deliver cloud migration and identity modernization initiatives
• Administer Microsoft Azure infrastructure effectively
Requirements:
• 7–8+ years in senior systems or infrastructure roles
• Expert knowledge of hybrid identity and Windows Server
• Strong skills in Microsoft Azure and cloud solutions
• Experience in multi-site healthcare environments
