Become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Baptist Housing’s Evergreen Community in White Rock, British Columbia, focusing on overnight shifts. Help seniors enjoy dignified and compassionate care every night. This part-time role (0.921 FTE) requires commitment to overnight hours from 23:00 to 07:00. You will play a vital role in the care team, providing high-quality support to residents while maintaining their safety and comfort at night. Collaborate closely with Registered Nurses to ensure a seamless care experience for all residents. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and nursing tasks per scope
- Observe and report residents' health status changes
- Assist in developing individualized care plans
- Provide safe and dignified overnight care
- Keep timely and accurate documentation in eMAR
- Diploma in Practical Nursing required
- Good standing BCCNM registration needed
- Previous experience in assisted living preferred
- Must have availability for overnight shifts
