Over five years of experience is needed, along with a solid grasp of Agile methodologies. You'll act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout all project stages. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute complex IT and software projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals
- Foster accountability and continuous improvement using Agile frameworks
- Assess risks and manage project budgets effectively
- Report on project status to leadership regularly
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum
- Skilled in using Jira and Confluence
- Proven ability to oversee budgets and timelines
- Strong communication and conflict management skills
