Jobs (Edmonton): FOH & Facilities Manager – Rapid Fire Theatre
The Front of House (FOH) & Facilities Manager is a member of the Administrative team at Rapid Fire Theatre (RFT) and reports directly to the Executive Director (ED). This position is essential to maintain RFT’s standard of excellence in our newly renovated building.
Time Commitment: Permanent full-time
Salary: $47,840/annually
Current expectations of this position:
- Physically available for scheduled building maintenance and deliveries;
- Develop documentation and implement processes that support both facility management and the Front of House operations;
- Being thoughtful and thorough with building maintenance, services, and troubleshooting problem areas;
- Maintain all professional relationships with vendors and suppliers;
- Enthusiastically pursue business development for the FOH department.
- Implement growth/revenue targets and strategies for concession sales.
