Drive growth for Shift Markets as a Remote Growth Marketing Associate. Dive into prediction markets, build community relationships, and leverage industry insights to identify commercial opportunities. Shift Markets is searching for a Growth Marketing Associate to enhance our prediction-markets business. This position involves connecting with online communities and streamlining AI-enabled research workflows. You'll collaborate with our content and partnerships teams to bring valuable insights that strengthen Shift’s position in the prediction-markets ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute insights and market commentary for digital content
- Engage communities on Reddit, X, and newsletters
- Build AI-driven research workflows for market intelligence
- Run targeted email campaigns via Klaviyo
- Monitor prediction-market developments and provide actionable briefs
- 2-5+ years in prediction markets, crypto, or content marketing
- Proficient with AI tools like ChatGPT and Zapier
- Strong public writing and community engagement experience
- Deep understanding of and curiosity for prediction markets
- Proven track record participating in relevant industries
