Mainstreet Equity Corporation manages over 18,000 residential apartments across five Canadian provinces. This Landscaper role supports property upkeep through planting, hedging, pruning, mowing, trimming, fertilizing, and watering. Duties also include seasonal clean-up, waste removal, and equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planting, hedging, pruning, weeding, mowing, and trimming
- Complete spring and fall grounds clean-up
- Remove snow from steps, sidewalks, parking lots, and entrances
- Spread salt to keep outdoor areas safe
- Maintain machines and landscaping equipment
Requirements:
- Experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance
- Valid Alberta Class 5 driver license
- Ability to work outside in all weather
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Successful completion of security clearance
