Tri-Mach Group is hiring an Assembler to enhance our mechanical assembly processes. This role is crucial for maintaining the high-quality standards integral to our sanitation solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented Assembler to join our team at Tri-Mach. You will be responsible for fitting, aligning, and troubleshooting mechanical assemblies in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical sectors. Ideal candidates are team players eager to learn and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and align mechanical components accurately
- Verify completeness of assembly kits and drawings
- Troubleshoot and repair any assembly issues
- Conduct quality checks on completed work
- Engage in collaborative problem-solving with the mechanical design team
- Post-secondary education or relevant work experience
- Prior assembly experience highly valued
- Strong communication and organizational capabilities
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
